General assistance in using the rate-list:
 
Offices:
  1. Full specification means: A/C, interior partitioning with plasterboard walls, 20 sq. meter gross area per room, lighting, 5 electrical and communication sockets per room, for each one mineral ceiling, wall to wall carpeting, meters, water connection.
    1. Full specification, contractual is valued at approx. 300$ for a sqr. m. Decorate full specification is valued at approx. 500$ for a sqr. m.
  2. In old buildings, prices are lower by about 15 percent from the above.
  3. In prestige and unique towers, add about 12% to the average rates shown here.
  4. Average maintenance cost is about $ 3.5 per square meter. Above that, the rental rate should be deducted by the excess maintenance cost.

Industry:
1. In the case of a flexible structure that is located in the back or away from a main artery, a
     15 percent reduction from the above rate should be calculated.
2. An adjacent yard that does not exceed 50% of the area of the structure will not increase
     the rate mentioned above. A yard that is more than 50% of the built-up area, will justify
     asking an increase inrental of $ 0.5 1.0 per square meter for the area exceedingin the
     center area. the initial 50%.
3. A ramp floor will justify a reduction of 15 per cent from the ground floor rate.
Commercial areas:
1. A front gallery that is built in, licensed by the local authority's zoning committee illuminated,
     and in which work can be performed, is worth 35% of the rate stipulated above.
2. An adjacent commercial basement top a shop, with a staircase leading to it from the shop
     and which can be used to work in, is worth 25%-30% of the above rates.
3. On backward commercial areas, which are not situated on a main artery, a 25-30 percent
     reduction should be calculated on the above rate.
4. On shops of up to 35 sq. mtr.,shops for bank purposes, and food stores such as
     restaurants, butcher shops, minimarkets etc. the rate can be increased by 10-20 per cent
     over the stipulated rate.
5. This information is not valid for inner city commercial centers or those situated at the city's
     outskirts, for or premises located in shopping malls.

General property tax for central Israel (2010), Monthly Fee:
Stores: Approx. $6.5 per sq.m
Offices: Approx. $5.5 per sq.m
High-Tech: Approx. $4 per sq.m
Industry: Approx. $3.2 per sq.m
Storage: Approx. $2.5 per sq.m
